Lumia July 2025 Recap: Towers, Advisors & Ecosystem Growth

In the U.S., the rules are finally taking shape. Congress hosted “Crypto Week,” and for once it wasn’t just talk; the new stablecoin law and the Digital Asset Clarity Act are moving forward. For anyone building in tokenized real estate or other real‑world assets (like we are), that’s huge. Clear rules mean a clearer path to scale.

We added a serious policy heavyweight to the team. David McIntosh (former U.S. Congressman and co‑founder of the Federalist Society) joined Lumia’s Strategic Advisory Board. He’s spent decades in the trenches of regulation and governance, and his perspective will be invaluable as we grow.

Lumia Towers is no longer just renderings. Construction has started in Istanbul, and the first drone footage is out. Our sales office is open, and there’s a full mockup unit you can actually walk through. For those that don't know, this project is on track to become the world’s first $220M tokenized skyscraper, making it possible for anyone to own a slice of a landmark.

Furthermore, our ZK prover with GatewayFM that went live this month, slashing infrastructure costs and making Lumia Chain more decentralized.

The ecosystem is picking up speed too:

1. 30+ pre‑TGE dApps are already integrating Lumia Chain, expanding its future utility;
2. The Lumia Accelerator Program is incubating 11 projects, with new applications opening soon;
3. HyperLaunch is preparing IFO launches across 4+ social platforms, while Morphex is adding native BTC swap support.

It’s been a big month, and it feels like the second half of 2025 will be even bigger.
